Delivery & Returns

1. Delivery

Interflora Ltd works with a network of local florists to deliver fresh flowers and gifts. Delivery is typically same day if you order before the stated cutoff time (e.g. 14:00), otherwise next day, subject to your chosen delivery address and date. Availability depends on your delivery location and the date you select; our website shows which products are available for your chosen address and date.

You can choose a delivery time slot during checkout. The recipient (or someone at the delivery address) should be available to accept the delivery. We are not responsible for failed delivery if no one is present and no safe place is indicated.

2. Product quality

Flowers and plants are perishable. Our partner florists prepare orders with care. Slight variations in colour, variety, or arrangement may occur due to seasonality and local availability; we aim to maintain the style and value of your order. If you receive flowers that are clearly damaged, wilted, or not as described, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.

3. Returns and refunds

Due to the perishable nature of flowers and plants, we generally do not accept returns of these items once delivered. If there is a quality issue, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or credit at our discretion. Non-perishable goods (e.g. certain gift baskets or accessories) may be returnable within 14 days in unused condition; please contact us before returning. Refunds, where applicable, will be made to the original payment method (Visa or Mastercard) within a reasonable period.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel or change your order up to a certain time before the scheduled delivery; the exact cutoff will be shown at checkout or in your confirmation. After that time, we may be unable to cancel as the order may already be in preparation. Cancelled orders will be refunded in accordance with our payment terms.
